Same day dispatch

We will usually post your order the same day it is received, provided it is placed before 1:00PM (AEST), Monday to Friday. During sale periods, same day dispatch may not apply but we will try to ship your order out as soon as possible. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address, Parcel Locker (this page has more info. on parcel lockers) or via Australia Post eParcel or Australia Post Express eParcel.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your tracking number. Orders can be tracked online via Australia Post website.
